Indonesian curry soup
Spicy and very delicious soup. Very suitable as a starter.
Ingredients (4 persons)
- 3-4 big onions.
- 75g margarine.
- 3½ tablespoons of curry.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes.
- 3 cups of bouillon (2 pieces).
- 4 dl. of double cream.
- 1 can of peach.
- 200g of shrimps.
- Salt & pepper.
Preparation
Use a pot to fry the onions, garlic and curry in the margarine. Chop the peaches. Put in the tomatoes, the bouillon, the double cream and the chopped peaches. Heat up. Put in the shrimps just prior to serving the soup and heat up again. Add salt & pebber to taste.
