Whisky sauce
Very tasty sauce that goes very well with a good steak.
Ingredients (4 persons)
- 1 dl. of Kraft barbecuesauce.
- 2½ dl. of double cream.
- ½ teaspoonful of curry.
- ½ teaspoonful of paprika.
- ¼ teaspoonful of pebber.
- 1 teaspoonful of dried rosemary (or finely chopped fresh).
- ½ bouillon cube (beef of veal).
- 1 spoonful of whisky.
Preparation
Put the barbecuesauce in a pot together with the double cream and the bouillon. Heat up till it boils. Dissolve the dry ingredients i some water and add it to the sauce while stirring. Let the sauce simmer for 2-5 min. before adding the whisky. Thicken with corn starch if necessary.
